Job summary

Foxconn is seeking a Cost Control Specialist (NVD) in San Jose to monitor manufacturing costs, perform variance analysis, and drive cost optimization across production operations. You will partner with Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Finance to ensure accurate reporting and actionable insights.

Strong financial acumen and experience with ERP systems, especially SAP/Oracle, alongside Mandarin and English proficiency, are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 2–5 years of cost analysis, cost accounting, financial analysis, or related experience.
• Experience in electronics EMS or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs including labor, material, overhead, freight, and inventory-related expenses.
• Perform detailed cost variance analysis against budget, forecast, standard cost, and actual performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial close activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Program Management, Manufacturing Engineering, and Finance teams.
