Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of relevant exempt experience.
• NNS Apprentice School graduate or Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate may meet minimum qualifications.
• Associate's Degree or other 2-year program plus 2 years relevant exempt experience or 4 years relevant non-exempt experience.
• Military Paygrade E-5 or above may meet minimum qualifications.
• High School/GED plus 4–8 years in manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Sets up cost control system, monitors and controls costs and schedules on contracts.
• Prepares budgets and schedules for contract work and performs financial analyses such as funding profiles and variance analysis.
• Prepares program plans to capture requirements and schedule work.
• Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate cost and schedule risks.
