Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of relevant exempt experience; Master’s Degree with 1 year is acceptable
• Equivalent experience options include: 2-year degree plus 2 years’ exempt experience or 4 years non-exempt, and military paygrade E-5 or above
• High School/GED plus combinations of manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades or military experience may qualify

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain cost control systems on contracts
• Monitor and control costs and schedules; prepare budgets and forecasts
• Perform analyses (funding profiles, sales outlook, variance analysis) and support program plans
• Ensure funding availability and incorporate contractual changes into control systems
• Perform schedule risk assessments to mitigate cost and schedule risks
