Job summary

Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES) seeks a Cost Analytics Intern for our Project Controls team in Wichita, Kansas. This internship offers hands-on experience in supporting capital project execution by developing cost forecasts, analyzing performance, and guiding project teams with data-driven decisions.

You will work with project managers, engineers, and business leaders, gaining exposure to real projects that create value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2029.
• Legal work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support cost analytics for projects and turnarounds by tracking spending and forecasting costs.
• Analyze project financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, finance, and operations to improve cost visibility and forecasting.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to provide actionable insights on project performance.
• Assist with workforce planning and cost forecasting for turnaround events, including headcount tracking.
