Job summary

Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES) is seeking a Cost Analytics Intern to join our Project Controls team in Wichita, Kansas. You will develop cost forecasts, analyze project performance, and help teams make informed decisions by providing transparent cost data throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Able to start full-time on or before Summer 2029.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Support cost analytics for turnarounds and capital projects by tracking spending and forecasting costs.
Analyze project financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and share insights with managers.
Collaborate with project managers, procurement, finance, and sites to improve cost visibility.
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to provide actionable cost insights.
Assist with workforce planning and cost forecasting for turnaround events.
Monitor large capital expenditures, commitments, and forecast accuracy.
Support continuous improvement of cost reporting and forecasting processes.
