Zachry is seeking an entry-level Cost Representative I to support cost control activities on project teams. You will learn cost systems, assist with earned value tracking, and help produce standard cost reports to drive data accuracy.

Responsibilities include maintaining data integrity, basic forecasting, and collaboration with project and contract teams. A Bachelor's degree is required, with internship exposure to cost or accounting preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Preferred: Degree in Business, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• 0-1 year of relevant experience (entry-level).
• Internship or exposure to cost, accounting, or project environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cost system data integrity and ensure accuracy of entries.
• Assist with earned value tracking and basic forecasting activities.
• Generate standard cost reports for project teams.
• Support contract and commercial analysis efforts.
• Follow established processes, procedures, and deadlines.
