Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years of related experience or an advanced degree with relevant experience
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis, modeling, and data interpretation
• Experience with data visualization and presenting findings to stakeholders
• Familiarity with statistical methods: regression, forecasting, hypothesis testing
• Ability to work on multiple projects with limited supervision

Responsibilities

• Develop models to understand cost/economic/financial impact of investments
• Collect and analyze financial, cost, and economic data
• Develop and evaluate life-cycle cost estimates (LCCEs) and risk analyses
• Create cost estimating methods for a broad range of elements
• Support source selection with Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs)
• Perform data cleaning, visualization, and analysis using R, Stata, Excel
