Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. in Sangerfield, NY is seeking a Cost Analyst to compile production cost reports, maintain cost systems, and determine material pricing. The role requires attention to detail and strong numeric skills to support margins and pricing decisions.

This position uses Navision for BOMs, assists with inventory, and provides engineering support as needed. Associates degree or equivalent and strong Excel skills are required; Oracle experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting and financial analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; high-level proficiency with Excel.
• Oracle experience would be a plus.
• Strong Math skills and ability to solve complex calculations.
• Critical thinking.

• Maintenance of models and options in Navision.
• Assists with the physical inventory (checking accuracy, tracking, and pulling cards).
• Support and occasional assistance to engineering.

Summary

Compiles production or sales cost reports on a unit or total basis for a department or working unit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Education and/or Experience

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
