Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Cost Accounting Manager to lead cost allocation and pricing analysis within a hybrid work model. You will drive policy development, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor a team of analysts.

Role requires 8+ years in cost accounting in health care and a CPA is preferred. You will interact with auditors and internal partners to optimize costs and reporting effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field with 8+ years in cost accounting in health care insurance.
• CPA preferred; strong GAAP/CAS/FAR/FEHBAR knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation, analysis and reporting of financial data for pricing and cost monitoring.
• Develop and revise department cost allocation policies and systems.
• Oversee regulatory reports, forecasts and operating plans.
• Train staff and maximize use of cost allocation resources.
• Collaborate with auditors, regulators and customers on financial issues.
• Drive process improvements and lead cost organization initiatives.
