Century Group is partnering with a client to hire a Cost Accountant for their manufacturing team in Texas. The role supports cost control, variance analysis, and financial reporting to drive profitability and operational insight.

Responsibilities include cost analyses, month-end close support, collaboration with operations and procurement, and process improvements. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in accounting/finance and at least one year in cost accounting, with strong Excel and ERP

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 1+ year(s) of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, cost analysis, financial reporting, and variance analysis principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory activity, and operational performance to support accurate financial reporting and profitability management.
