Are you a numbers-driven professional with a passion for manufacturing and strategic decision-making? We're looking for a Cost Accounting Manager to take charge of all cost accounting functions and financial reporting across multiple sites for a well-established company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and wants to make a measurable impact on operations, pricing strategy, and margin improvement. SALARY: $100,000-$120,000 (based on experience)

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

• This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cost accounting and inventory controls, ensuring accurate financial reporting and asset protection across multiple sites.
• Partner with production, supply chain, and product management teams to analyze pricing, variances, and margin goals — recommending corrective actions as needed.
• Support strategic planning and forecasting efforts by collecting and analyzing consolidated financial data.
• Maintain and enhance internal control policies, including cycle counts and ERP-based inventory procedures.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; strong background in manufacturing accounting is a must.
• Proficient in ERP systems with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Responsibilities to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail and confidentiality.
