Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive cost accounting experience with leadership responsibilities, preferably in industrial manufacturing.
• Proven ability to thrive under strong leadership and contribute to high-performing teams.
• Experience in ERP transitions or systems implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost accounting operations across North America.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Cost Accounting team.
• Enhance cost accounting processes and oversee month-end close activities.
• Partner with Supply Chain leaders and manage fixed assets.
