Job summary

AscendArc seeks a Cost Accounting Manager to design and own the standard costing system for a high-complexity hardware business. You will own the cost side of month-end close and manage inventory valuation from raw materials to finished goods.

This hands-on role partners with FP&A, Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to build auditable models, support budgeting and board reporting, and ensure data integrity across PLM/MES/ERP systems, including NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 6+ years of accounting experience with cost accounting in manufacturing.
• Strong costing, inventory valuation, WIP and variance analysis.
• Hands-on ERP experience, NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and own standard costing, BOM, routing costs, and overhead rates.
• Own inventory valuation and month-end close, including COGS and variances.
• Support ASC 606 revenue recognition and ETC/EAC tracking for programs.
• Partner with FP&A, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain; build scalable processes.
