Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Three+ years of progressive accounting or cost analysis experience.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or project-based accounting preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform general accounting and job cost accounting duties, including account maintenance, transaction processing, and reconciliations.
• Process vendor payment requests and monitor PO-related costs for accuracy and allocation.
• Prepare records to support month-end and year-end closes.
• Investigate discrepancies with PMs, Operations, Procurement, and vendors.
• Assist with project cost reporting, variance analysis, and WIP reporting.
