• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with MAPICS/Infor/AS400 or Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage month-end journal entries and accruals related to manufacturing and distribution.
• Develop and monitor periodic metrics and KPIs to evaluate plant performance.
• Conduct cost analysis for new and existing products, including annual standard revaluation.
• Ensure accurate cost management for raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods.
• Collaborate with engineering and materials teams to update BOMs and routings.
