Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and accrual accounting.
• Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency with data analytics.
• Experience with month-end close under deadlines.
• Hands-on accounts payable and invoice processing.
• Experience with invoicing portals such as Ariba/OpenTicket.

Responsibilities

• Perform accrual-based accounting per GAAP.
• Own portions of month-end close and deadlines.
• Support journal entries, accruals, and general ledger.
• Manage accounts payable and PO matching.
• Prepare account reconciliations including bank/balance sheet.
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation.
