Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction cost accounting experience with a General Contractor or Subcontractor.
• Experience managing financials for multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• 2+ years working within a construction ERP such as Acumatica, Procore, Viewpoint or similar.
• Strong knowledge of job costing, AIA billing, progress billing and change orders.
• Experience with contract compliance and lien waivers.
• Cost-Plus contract experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while partnering closely with project teams.

Responsibilities

A well-established construction organization is seeking an experienced Construction Cost Accountant to provide financial oversight for multiple active construction projects.
