Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills to handle financial data accurately.
• CPA/CMA certification is preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and quarter-end close processes.
• Build and review standard costs and new product costs.
• Audit BOMs and inventory costs for accuracy.
• Reconcile inventory GL accounts and analyze results.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve cost issues.
• Support updates to labor and overhead rates.
