Job summary

R-Anell Housing Group LLC is seeking a cost analyst to collect cost data, maintain BOMs, and plan for fixed and variable costs in the manufactured homes sector. You will review cost accuracy, analyze BOM margins, and prepare cost forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables) and a keen eye for detail are essential, as is integrity in handling confidential information.

• Collect cost information and maintain BOM’s
• Maintain proper cost percentage by recommend required price changes
• Determine fixed costs (e.g. Model requirements, Mandatory options)
• Plan for and record variable costs (e.g. raw material and labor costs)
• Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
• Analyze and report BOM margins
• Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) cost forecasts
• Assisting in month-end and quarter-end inventory
• Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions
• In-depth understanding of manufactured homes business
• Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
• Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
