Under the Campus Director, you will mentor students, maintain records, and collaborate with staff to enhance learning outcomes in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Cosmetology Instructor License.
• Active Cosmetology License.
• Previous teaching, training, mentoring, or salon leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetology theory, techniques, and state board requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and clinical instruction in line with curriculum and state regulations.
• Demonstrate cosmetology techniques, theory, and best practices.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor and document attendance, grades, and MPAs.
• Administer and grade assignments, practicals, and exams.
• Maintain student records and ensure policy compliance.
• Supervise students during clinic and practical sessions.
