Qualifications

• Active Indiana Cosmetology Instructor License.
• Active Indiana Cosmetology License.
• Previous teaching or salon leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetology theory and state board requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical instruction in accordance with curriculum requirements and state board regulations.
• Monitor student progress, attendance, grades, and MPAs.
• Administer and grade assignments, practical evaluations, and examinations.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise students during clinic floor activities and practical training.
• Foster a positive, professional learning environment.
• Mentor and motivate students to achieve academic and professional success.
• Collaborate with Campus Directors and fellow instructors to enhance educational quality and student outcomes.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events.
