Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Cosmoprof Sales Associate to create memorable shopping experiences, advise customers on hair, cosmetics, skin care and nails, and promote our loyalty program. You will help with product displays, process transactions, and represent Cosmoprof culture through daily operations.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, knowledge sharing from training, and flexible schedules to meet store needs, with opportunities for growth and product education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise for sales events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
