Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Cosmoprof Sales Associate to deliver a memorable shopping experience across hair, cosmetics, skin care and nails. You will guide customers through their beauty journey with product knowledge and exceptional service.

Engage with shoppers, setup displays, inform about promotions, and help enroll customers in the Loyalty program while ensuring accurate transactions and a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to meet scheduling needs of the business.
• Clear and concise communication with customers, coworkers and management.
• Explain product labels and apply product knowledge training.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
