Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Cosmoprof Sales Associate to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist across hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and be the advisor on the customer’s beauty journey.

You will learn product knowledge through Cosmoprof training, help with promotions, and guide customers through checkout and loyalty enrollment. A part-time schedule offers flexible hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Able to meet scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to read and explain product labels.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
