Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Cosmoprof Sales Associate to create memorable customer experiences across hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will be the advisor on the customer journey, with training provided, and will help customers navigate promotions and loyalty programs.

The role invites passionate beauty lovers who enjoy helping customers and building loyalty. A range of shifts is available, with opportunities for growth and ongoing product education.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.
• The position involves long periods of standing, walking, bending, stooping, stretching, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
