Randstad Enterprise seeks an R&D Scientist for our Makeup team. This hands-on, lab-focused role develops high-performance cosmetic formulations, merging chemistry, formulation science, and consumer experience to move concepts to market.

Responsibilities include designing formulations, executing experiments, stability testing, shade matching, and cross-functional submissions, while maintaining documentation and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field is required.
• 3+ years in cosmetics or related scientific field preferred.
• Strong hands-on laboratory and formulation skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Highly organized with meticulous documentation.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and optimize cosmetic formulations per briefs and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and execute structured experiments and analyze data for decisions.
• Conduct stability assessments and evaluate robustness of formulations.
• Create lab batches, shade matching, and support submissions.
• Troubleshoot formulation challenges using data-driven approaches.
• Maintain lab notebooks and batch records; ensure GMP compliance.
