Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in chemistry or related sciences is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a matrix organization.
• Experience in a technical/manufacturing/laboratory environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the R&D lab and perform routine housekeeping tasks.
• Perform daily calibration of lab equipment and coordinate maintenance with vendors.
• Monitor and order lab supplies to avoid stockouts and keep inventory organized.
• Assist stability coordinator with labeling and preparing stability and bulk retains per SOPs.
• Support batch preparation and 1:1 material comparisons during formula updates.
• Maintain inventory of current raw materials and ensure proper labeling and storage.
