Job summary

Innovative Beauty Group seeks a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support cosmetic packaging and manufacturing product development initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to keep timelines on track and manage samples efficiently.

The role requires 2–3 years in Product Development/Sourcing, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with Wrike or Netsuite is a plus. This hybrid, North America-based position offers growth in a global beauty company.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in Product Development/Sourcing
• Project planning experience and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the cosmetics and/or beauty industry is an asset
• Previous experience working with international factories and vendors
• Working knowledge of Wrike, and Netsuite is an asset
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of product development timelines — from concept briefing through production and delivery.
• Coordinate project milestones across cross-functional teams and ensure all stakeholders stay aligned.
• Maintain internal tracking tools to monitor progress, budgets, timelines, and risks across multiple concurrent projects.
• Work closely with suppliers to obtain technical specifications, artwork components, lead times, and production details.
• Prepare and maintain cost quotes, price proposals, and vendor documentation.
• Communicate project updates to clients, confirm development details, and support alignment on next steps.
• Track sample orders, purchase orders, and shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate reporting to internal and client teams.
• Help prepare product presentations, development documents, and supporting materials for internal reviews and client meetings.
• Assist with issue resolution by coordinating feedback and input from suppliers, operations, and internal departments.
