Innovative Beauty Group (IBG) is seeking a highly organized Product Developer/Project Coordinator to support cosmetic packaging and manufacturing initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage samples and timelines, and collaborate with international vendors to ensure on-time delivery and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in Product Development/Sourcing
• Project planning experience and strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the cosmetics and/or beauty industry is an asset
• Previous experience working with international factories and vendors
• Working knowledge of Wrike, and Netsuite is an asset
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration.

Responsibilities

• Drive Project Coordination & Timelines: Support end-to-end management of product development timelines — from concept briefing through production and delivery.
• Coordinate project milestones across cross-functional teams and ensure all stakeholders stay aligned.
• Maintain internal tracking tools to monitor progress, budgets, timelines, and risks across multiple concurrent projects.
