Job summary

IBG North America is seeking a highly organized Product Developer/Project Coordinator to support end-to-end cosmetic packaging and manufacturing projects. You will coordinate timelines, manage samples, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in Product Development/Sourcing.
• Project planning experience and strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in the cosmetics and/or beauty industry is an asset.
• Previous experience working with international factories and vendors.
• Working knowledge of Wrike and Netsuite is an asset.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration.

Responsibilities

• Drive project coordination and timelines, from concept briefing through production and delivery.
• Coordinate milestones across cross-functional teams and align stakeholders.
• Maintain internal tracking tools for progress, budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Manage vendor and client communications: obtain specifications, artwork, lead times, and production details.
• Prepare and maintain cost quotes, price proposals, and vendor documentation.
• Track samples, purchase orders, and shipments; report to internal and client teams.
