Job summary

Centric Software is seeking a PLM Pre-Sales Consultant focused on Cosmetics & Personal Care. You will drive product demonstrations, run discovery sessions, and translate business needs into compelling Centric PLM solutions.

You’ll partner with Sales to influence decisions and position our solution as the preferred choice across beauty brands. Responsibilities include designing demos, creating data sets, supporting RFPs, and building business cases to quantify efficiency gains and regulatory risk

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of PLM, NPD, PIM, ERP, Quality, Regulatory or Supply Chain processes.
• Deep cosmetics/beauty industry knowledge.
• Ability to map business processes to software capabilities and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead product demonstrations aligned to customer workflows and objectives.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Translate requirements into compelling solution narratives and use cases.
• Create tailored demo scripts, sample data sets, and presentation materials.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and contribute to deal strategy.
• Develop statements of work (SOWs) and ROI models for opportunities.
