Job summary

The role requires extensive experience in cosmetics manufacturing and strong leadership, budgeting, and continuous improvement capabilities. Knowledge of GMP, regulatory standards, and lean practices is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 10–15 years in manufacturing operations, 5–10 years in a senior management role in cosmetics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the cosmetic manufacturing plant to meet production goals and timelines.
• Develop strategies to optimize productivity, reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate manufacturing schedule to ensure timely, cost-effective production.
• Lead and manage production teams to ensure safe, high-quality processes.
• Ensure GMP, FDA, ISO22716 compliance and audit readiness.
• Lead training and performance development for staff and maintain safety protocols.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and variance reporting with finance.
