Job summary

L&R DISTRIBUTORS is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail locations across Midland, Odessa, and Pecos, TX. The role involves stocking, organizing, and displaying products, and supporting store resets to align with planograms.

Territories include Midland, Odessa and Pecos with up to 15 hours per week. The position offers a path to full-time with comprehensive benefits after meeting weekly hours requirements.

Qualifications

• Merchandising or retail experience required.
• Familiarity with resets, planograms, and store footage is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory knowledge a plus.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using tablet and scanner (Repsly).
• Service store routes per call frequencies with DM coordination.
• Follow store visit process including merchandising deliveries and task forms.
• Implement planograms and schematics for cosmetic displays.
• Ensure resets meet standards and timelines.
• Install and adjust shelving and fixtures per planograms.
• Process returns per company guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, invoicing, and returns.
• Communicate professionally with store staff during visits.
• Conduct store surveys and take photos to resolve issues.
