Job summary

L&R Distributors, Inc. is seeking a part-time to full-time Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across Midland/West/Central/East regions. You will stock, organize, and display products, support store resets with planograms, and ensure compliance with retailer standards.

Territories include Midland, Odessa, Pecos, TX. Up to 15 hours weekly with potential move to full-time after 60 days if 30+ hours weekly are met. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior merchandising or retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using a tablet and scanner (Repsly).
• Service store routes and coordinate with the District Manager.
• Follow store visit processes and maintain stock levels.
• Implement planograms and resets per instructions.
• Ensure displays meet standards and timelines.
• Install shelving and fixtures per planogram specifications.
• Process returns per guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of promos, invoicing, and returns.
• Communicate professionally with store staff.
• Inspect shipments and verify accuracy.
• Provide updates to store management.
• Keep displays clean and organized.
• Conduct store surveys and photo documentation.
