Job summary

L&R DISTRIBUTORS is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across the Doylestown area and surrounding PA locations. The role focuses on stocking, organizing, and displaying products, and will support store resets with new planograms and shelf adjustments.

The position offers up to 25 hours per week with potential progression to full-time after meeting 30+ hours weekly. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time staff, plus mileage reimbursement

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets, planograms and store footage is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory control knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for required inventory using a tablet and scanner (Repsly).
• Service store routes according to call frequencies with the District Manager.
• Follow store visit process and complete task forms, photos, and stock checks.
• Implement planograms and resets to meet standards and timelines.
• Install shelving, hooks, and fixtures per planograms.
• Process returns per guidelines and maintain knowledge of promos and invoicing.
