Bloomingdale’s Cosmetic’s floor is the heart of the store, with energy felt as customers enter. The Counter Manager leads a team of Beauty Advisors to provide exceptional service and sell our full assortment in-store and online.

The Counter Manager focuses on building client relationships, delivering product knowledge, and maintaining engaging merchandising. You will lead a team, ensure welcoming, efficient service, and keep productivity high while prioritizing customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an in-store easy, seamless and fun experience allowing you to build and cultivate customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients by embracing and being proficient with technology.
• Participate in the merchandising and operational requirements of the role.
