Bloomingdale's Cosmetics floor is the heart of the store, where a Counter Manager develops and supervises a team of Beauty Advisors to provide exceptional service and sell the full assortment both in store and online.

The Counter Manager leads client relationship building, delivering product knowledge, and maintains compelling merchandising while ensuring a welcoming, high-energy sales floor and prioritizing customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years related experience in retail or cosmetics.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver excellent service.
• Build and maintain client relationships and drive sales in-store and online.
• Oversee merchandising, product knowledge, and merchandise presentation.
