Bloomingdale’s Cosmetics floor is the heart of the store and the energy is felt the minute customers walk through our doors. The Counter Manager leads a team of Beauty Advisors, delivering excellent service and selling the full assortment both in store and online.

The Counter Manager builds and maintains client relationships, provides product knowledge, and ensures a welcoming, engaged team that keeps productivity high while putting customers first.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years related experience.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Create an in-store easy, seamless and fun experience to build customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology.
• Participate in merchandising and operational requirements of the role.
