Bloomingdale’s Cosmetic’s floor manager position leads a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver excellent service and drive total store and online sales. You will foster client relationships, impart product knowledge, and maintain engaging merchandise presentation.

The Counter Manager role focuses on customer-first service, team leadership, and maintaining high energy on the sales floor with a strong emphasis on brand presentation and omnichannel selling.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
