Von Maur in Olathe, Kansas, seeks a Cosmetic Counter Manager to lead a cosmetics counter, inspire a team of beauty advisors, and drive personal and counter goals. You will coach associates, develop relationships to grow counter business, and plan events while ensuring top customer service.

You will train, coach and motivate staff, manage daily operations, and align with company sales targets. A flexible schedule with day/evening/weekend shifts is required to support peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams in cosmetics or beauty retail.
• Strong coaching and coaching skills to develop associates.
• Proven ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Develop relationships to grow your counter business
• Execute all duties of a cosmetics sales associate and meet individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve service quality and meet counter goals
• Plan and execute cosmetic events and gift-with-purchase events
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
