Bloomingdale’s Cosmetics is seeking a Counter Manager to lead a team of Beauty Advisors, delivering exceptional service and selling the full assortment both in-store and online.

You will build strong client relationships, maintain product knowledge, and ensure staff are welcoming, engaged, and productive while prioritizing customer needs. Leadership and a passion for fashion/beauty are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
