As a Cosmetic Counter Manager, you will represent Von Maur and influence our reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. Your responsibilities include managing the complete operations of a cosmetic line and inspiring a team of beauty advisors to achieve their personal and counter goals.

What You’ll Do

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service through training, coaching, and leading by example
• Develop relationships to grow your counter business
• Execute all duties of a cosmetics sales associate and meet individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to enhance service quality, increase sales, and meet counter objectives
• Plan and execute cosmetic and gift-with-purchase events
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
