Job summary

Debutbiotech, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Contract Manufacturing to own the lifecycle from tech transfer to CM partner delivery. You will coordinate across sales, R&D, and CM to ensure on-time, on-spec, and on-budget execution for cosmetic products.

The role requires hands-on experience with tech transfer, scale-up, BOM documentation, and supplier coordination in a fast-moving environment. Travel up to 25% to partner facilities will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; cosmetic science/beauty NPD experience a strong plus.
• 3+ years of formulation project management, NPD, or beauty/skincare sales with tech transfer exposure.
• Experience with BOM documentation, production scaling, and CM environments.

Responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle from tech transfer to CM partners and final delivery.
• Coordinate commercial/financial aspects with CM partners including pricing and PO alignment.
• Oversee packaging, labeling, and finished goods logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and timelines in Monday.com; monitor milestones and risks.
