Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field and at least 2 years of hands-on cosmetic development, with strong knowledge of emulsions, stability testing, and regulatory considerations. You will manage multiple projects, document results, and collaborate with production, marketing, and suppliers to deliver innovative products

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology or other scientific discipline required.
• Minimum 2+ years of professional hands-on work experience developing cosmetic products.

Responsibilities

• Independently formulate cosmetic products of different forms including emulsions, sticks, powders, etc.
• Manage multiple projects from inception to launch ensuring milestones are met on time
• Maintain accurate bench records and review formulas for production transfer
• Issue compounding SOPs, product specifications, and collaborate with production for clear communication
• Oversee stability and compatibility of products and troubleshoot formulas as needed
• Attend meetings with suppliers and industry events to stay updated with trends and technology
