Job summary

Markwins Beauty Brands Inc is seeking a Chemist to formulate cosmetic products across different forms (emulsions, sticks, powders) and ensure quality from lab to production. The role requires coordinating multiple projects, maintaining accurate bench records, and collaborating with production and marketing to deliver timely, innovative products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology or related scientific discipline.
• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience formulating cosmetic products.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including international travel to Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Independently formulate cosmetic products including emulsions, sticks, powders, etc.
• Manage multiple projects from inception to launch and ensure milestones are met.
• Maintain bench records and documentary transition into production.
• Oversee stability and compatibility testing and troubleshoot formulas as needed.
