The Beauty Advisor at Brobston Group represents Hourglass cosmetics, delivering personalized consultations, product expertise, and follow-up to create exceptional customer experiences. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
Ability to use clienteling tools/software, multitask, and work independently or with others.
Attention to detail, initiative, sound judgment, and organization.

Responsibilities

Achieve individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
Provide customer service, makeup and treatment consultations, and product application.
Build client relationships and maintain customer preferences using clienteling tools.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and properly merchandised counter.
Coordinate with team members and liaise with brand Account Executive.
