Job summary

Sono Bello in Washington DC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Circulator for our outpatient surgery setting. The role supports OR procedures and PACU care, with pre- and post-operative visits, under general anesthesia.

You will monitor vitals, assist with anesthesia, maintain sterile technique, educate patients and families, and collaborate with surgeons and the anesthesia team. Requires RN license, 2 years PACU/OR, BLS and ACLS.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years in PACU or OR nursing, or both.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preoperative assessments and patient preparation for surgery.
• Monitor vitals and patient status during and after procedures.
• Maintain sterile environment and assist with instrument handling.
• Educate patients and families on postoperative care and recovery.
• Document care and collaborate with anesthesia and surgical teams.
