• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a science-related field with interest in cosmetics.
• Prior lab coursework or exposure to cosmetic/chemical products is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site in Warren, NJ for ~20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support R&D scientists with routine lab tasks and documentation.
• Manage samples, inventory, packaging, and labeling for prototypes.
• Assist in batch-making activities for cosmetic products under supervision.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, and PPE rules.
• Maintain sample tracker and assist with calibration and data recording.
