Job summary

bmsc-careers is seeking a Production Associate I in Fort Worth, TX. You will perform assembly, filling, labeling, inspection, and packaging of finished goods in a GMP-regulated environment, supporting daily operations with emphasis on quality, safety, and productivity.

The role requires basic math, proper documentation, and adherence to safety policies. Overtime and occasional weekend shifts may be required to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in cosmetics, OTC, pharmaceutical, food, or dietary supplement industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with GMP, policies, and procedures including LOTO and E-Stop requirements.
• Follow all safety rules and report unsafe conditions or behaviors immediately.
• Perform assembly, filling, bottling, capping, labeling, inspection, sorting, and packaging operations according to production schedules and work instructions.
• Conduct visual inspections of finished goods, labels, lot codes, and packaging components to ensure quality requirements.
• Promptly report product defects, equipment issues, safety hazards, and quality deviations to the supervisor.
• Support line clearance activities and maintain proper housekeeping before, during, and after production runs.
• Handle raw materials, components, and finished goods according to established procedures.
• Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to support production needs, including overtime and weekend shifts.
