Job summary

Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Production Associate I for 2nd shift to perform assembly, filling, labeling, inspection, and packaging of finished goods in compliance with cGMP and safety standards.

You will support daily production operations, maintain quality and productivity, and participate in line clearance and housekeeping. The role requires reading work instructions, basic math, and adherence to GMP practices; high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in cosmetics, OTC, pharmaceutical, food, or dietary supplement industries is a plus.
• GMP manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fill, bottle, cap, label, inspect, and package finished goods per production schedules and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with GMP, safety rules, and procedures.
• Promptly report product defects, equipment issues, safety hazards, and deviations to the supervisor.
• Support line clearance activities and maintain proper housekeeping before, during, and after production runs.
• Handle raw materials, components, and finished goods according to established procedures.
• Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and flexibility to support production needs, including overtime and occasional weekend shifts.
